In response to the person with the 1 star...I find it difficult to believe that Post!!! Only because I remember wanting to come off my pressure Meds and NP Richardson gave me a regiment and I had to monitor my own pressure at home along with weight management and once I did that I was tapped off and then finally off! So, it doesn't STOP there...I am constantly monitoring my pressure and if I see a slight rise I have to STOP and Say...what AM I DOING WRONG??!!! and usually its that I've overindulged or under indulged in my Ex... read more
