Family Fun My family loves to visit this farm at least twice a year to pick pumpkins and strawberries. They also have vegetable picking and various berry picking depending on the season. They always have a vegetable stand and a wonderful play area for the kids. We've been going for years.

Pick You Own Strawberries School and Scout groups have been visiting Tierra Rejada Family Farms for years. It's a wonderful family outing with an extensive petting zoo. The children loved watching the goats! They also offer wagon rides out to the strawberry growing areas where you can pick your own strawberries (in season). A perfect spring outing for the family or childs birthday party.
Best bday parties for 4-8 yr olds Start with a Clydesdale drawn wagon ride around the farm. Feed the animals. Play the myriad of farm-y games and activities (of course, their fave was chasing up and down the huge hay pyramid, kinda like choosing Legos over the DS). Pick your own produce, or just buy it from the stand. Yummm You can go without a party for a nominal cover charge. Best time...every wkend in October has tons of activities, entertainment, and a sea of pumpkins/gourds. 4 stars only because it's so @#$%& far away. ... read more
