Bliss was the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. She gave me a massage a month ago and I’m still thinking about it! Expensive but worth every penny
They will never answer the phone directly and will rarely call you back. They don't even answer the phone for their own Concierge. Too bad because the spa is actually really good.
True Bliss. Me and my spouse spent the whole day at Tierra Luna Spa while staying at the Arizona Biltmore. Every staff member greeted me by my name and with a smile. I had a spa pedicure and a mineral bath today. I enjoyed my experience so much I am going back tomorrow for a massage. The spa area that is available with any service is so relaxing. I highly recommend checking this out!
Spa is gorgeous. Treatment was amazing. That being said….the pool is a quarter of the size of a normal pool. Didn’t see any people coming around for service after being there an hour. They do not allow you to use the main hotel pools that include food and drink service. This was a problem as I took the day off to enjoy the spa and pool, assuming I could have lunch and drinks.
