Did special occasions hair service. It was it nothing like the picture and I had to go back and shower after and redo myself. Additionally I was not informed of all the extra fees they were going to charge. It was advertised at $125 and at checkout they ended up charging me $70 extra for having long hair?
Very pretty spa, but beware of the salon for hair services. They will up-charge you 50% of the advertised price without informing you. Additionally, my hair looked terrible and nothing like what I asked for. For $250, I had to immediately go shower and redo it myself for the wedding I was attending.
Decided to do a spa day with a few friends here and I was surprised by so many things. The best part was the outdoor area but everything was very subpar 1. The tour of the place was not great just pointing to areas 2. We did not have an attendant coming around to ask if we wanted to order things 3. You have no options to cancel your massage so you just have to hope it’s a good one! Extremely poor communication and their staff is full of robots. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Go literally anywhere else
