If you live in a Tierra Grande Courts Condo (Phase I), the original buildings created in the early 70s, and are unfortunate enough to live in the first floor unit, check the floor vents because they may be flooded with water. And check around the other parts of the first floor unit and chances are you may have BLACK MOLD in the home -- which can be deadly. The Board KNOWS there is mold in MANY of these units, but they keep the money that is supposed to go to pay to have a real plumber route out the pipes and sewer system tha... read more
