Zack Martinez (tierra builders) and I signed a contract on March 2023. Stipulated in that contract, Zack agreed to pull a permits for and build a foundation / building with a stipulated start of early May. To date Zack has not made good on that contract or attempted to reciprocate communications whatsoever, with no progress on the project at all. Zack was very helpful and knowledgeable while he and his crew worked on my house foundation and septic. Zack and his crew are very respectful and are very focused on the task at hand. Highly recommend him and his crew for any work you may have.
