By far the best crossfit gym I've been a member of. It is like family and not to mention best coaches ever! I have to share how impressed I am with this gym. I’ve visited this gym in Ocala a few times and each workout was great. I’ve PR’d lifts and met a lot of great people. The instructors and owners were friendly and encouraging.
The coaching staff is knowledgeable and capable of teaching movements well. However, my experience with the head coach was deeply disappointing. I expressed multiple times that certain comments and music containing racial slurs made me uncomfortable, and those concerns were dismissed. When I attempted to address the issue privately and respectfully, no meaningful changes were made.
