Recently, we phoned him one evening for a leak behind the kitchen sink and Luke was there within 15 minutes! The problem was resolved efficiently and he provided a full report of the issue. Any follow up work or further repairs are always quoted for quickly and the prices are always very reasonable - especially given how personable and speedy the service is! 100% recommend Luke and his team.
Luke services my gas appliances every year issuing me a gas safety certificate. Recently I had an emergency situation with my boiler and he was fabulous, acting very quickly to resolve the issue. He is very professional and responds quicky, I can fully recommend him.
