Friendly, professional, on time, clear communication and explained the work, the cost and the rationale. Fixed a shower breech issue and drainage issues and left the area tidy, clean and working well. Didn’t overcharge or add anything extra. Recommended? Absolutely.

Had a major leak under a concrete pathway, with an unknown source. Luke from the T1 Plumbing team came to the job straight away and explained what was likely the root cause. Within the hour, the path was cut and the leaking pipe was fixed. Extremely happy with the urgency, quality of work, and service T1 plumbing provided.
