The entire staff was very kind and attentive during my appointment. Morgan made me feel at ease and was extremely informative throughout the entire process.
Very efficient, friendly, and professional. Easiest yet most thorough evaluation I've ever had for a VA disability upgrade evaluation.
If you get this company to do your disability exam I recommend requesting someone else. I am a 22 year vet and have been to multiple other disability exams and this was by far the worst one with zero concern or compassion. I had a feeling, based on her attitude towards me, my rating for this would be zero and I was right. My “examination” was less than five minutes and the examiner didn’t even do an actual examination. I wish I could give Morgan more than 5 stars! Prior to my exam with her I had a very bad exam with another examiner so I went in to this exam with extreame anxiety. Morgan was very calming, professional, and thorough. She made me feel comfortable and not judged! While completing all the necessary things in a timely manner, but also did not feel rushed.
