June 2023 - Jim cut down a large White Ash for us that hit our house in a storm. Very quick and proficient in getting the job done. He also trimmed some other trees for us while he was on site. Reasonable price. June 2026 - Jim took down a Walnut Tree to the ground for us that was downed by a storm. (I hate June!) Tier 1 Tree Service Jim Hefel is the owner of Tier 1 Tree Service. Jim is very professional, prompt, and his price is very reasonable. The first time we used his service was in 2022 and he cut two huge trees and trimmed many large trees for us. He did a great job and cleaned everything amazingly. For the trimming job, he simply knew what needed to be done and did it. The tree looked beautiful, almost like having a new tree. I recently contacted Tier 1 for a quote, I received a quick response and a fair quote. I booked service, and it was done promptly and very well. In a world where it seems difficult to get a response from businesses when you need work done, it was refreshing to have a company that was quick to respond and did a great job.
