These guys were amazing to deal with. It’s definitely a little bit stressful when your truck breaks down even more so at the shipper. Scott and his team looked after us , like we were family… He sent out a mobile repair technician to make a temporary repair, so we could get to their shop and once there, made arrangements for me to have a loaner car so I could get around easily. It’s unfortunate that I can only give 5 stars. Thanks again for everything

Zack and the Tier 1 team know how to take care of me and my business! When we have any trucks go down for any reason they know that it hits us hard to have them off the road so they get our vehicles in and make sure that they get up and running again ASAP. We really appreciate the hard work and professionalism that the team provide.
After months of our crane being at their facility, it's still not repaired. We've had our crane back for what seems like two months and crane is still not finished. It's actually in worse condition than when we sent it in, except for winch motor seal and bearing. I'm not one to bash them, but I cannot give Tier1 a good review at this point. We have spent thousands of dollars for repairs not completed.
We were very pleased with how quickly they were able to fix our problem. They took the time to explain what they did and go over what would need to be addressed in the future. Very friendly and easy to work with. We will definitely be using them again.
