Exceptional team of people. I worked with Scott, George and Aaron. They couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. They carry themselves as owners which is very refreshing.
Alternator burned out on me coming up Us31. Tier 1 had Conner out in no time & had me back on the road.
These guys were amazing to deal with. It’s definitely a little bit stressful when your truck breaks down even more so at the shipper. Scott and his team looked after us , like we were family… He sent out a mobile repair technician to make a temporary repair, so we could get to their shop and once there, made arrangements for me to have a loaner car so I could get around easily. It’s unfortunate that I can only give 5 stars. Thanks again for everything
Super efficient and friendly. Needed a dry van dot inspection, had me in and out of there in little over an hour. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Zack and the Tier 1 team know how to take care of me and my business! When we have any trucks go down for any reason they know that it hits us hard to have them off the road so they get our vehicles in and make sure that they get up and running again ASAP.
