Absolutely terrible service. My insurance dispatched to his company and the ETA was long, which was understandable and fine. After over an hour, I reached out to the number he texted me from and got no response. I then contacted my insurance company , they tried to connect the call for all three of us, at this point he started to yell at the insurance rep about how “my directions weren’t clear, and I80 goes for “miles and miles” He dropped the assistance, without a notice so I was waiting for two hours with no follow up. This company was dispatched to jumpstart my dead battery by my insurance company and they couldn't manage to make it here in less than two hours, although their original estimate was 60-90 minutes. An hour later, the estimate was 75-90 minutes. They kept changing the estimated arrival time, and I ended up having to cancel and call an uber, because I needed to be at an appointment that had already been rescheduled due to the dead battery. 21 yo family member locked keys in new car. We called ins. They sent request for roadside asst to Tier 1. Get this, they showed up and then left without helping her. She tried to flag them down. They called in a fake report to my ins co — said she was not at car and they had been waiting 30 min! A totally FALSE claim— he collected $ from ins for showing up. I had the pleasure of having the owner of the company, Aaron Durham, assist me. He got to me in less than 20 minutes and opened my car within a minute. So grateful USAA chose this company to help. Made a trip to the laundromat and a car lockout better!

They took the roadside request from my insurance company. They knew what kind of car I have and still took the job. I just needed my flat removed and my spare put on. I didn't even know the guy was at my house until I got a text saying the job was complete. I ran out and caught him just as he was finishing up. I told him I didn't get a notification that he was there, he said that's because he didn't tell anyone he was there. I saw that he was just inflating the bad tire instead of replacing it.
