Dr. Racanelli helped me to understand the root of the problem and built me a custom treatment plan. Dr. Stephen is the real deal. He fixed both of my shoulders and taught me proper positioning while lifting. My wife, father, and several friends are clients of his, and I recommend Tier 1 to anyone who says they have joint or back pain.
