I'm extremely grateful for the care I received at Tier1 from Dr. Stephen. I had been dealing with persistent knee pain that kept me from doing any lower body exercises. Helped me go from not being able to lean over to being able to play basketball competitively and jump well again. Learned a ton of great exercises and treatments to help me stay healthy and avoid knee and back pain. 12 week treatment was worth it.
If I could rate higher than five star I would. Doctor's who are knowledgeable, caring and have a plan for you to get back on your feet and enjoying life again. Each visit is intentional with a detailed plan and dare I say fun. Tier 1 has treated a variety of my injuries and each time I was back on my feet better than before. They not only treat but teach you how to move properly so the injury does not occur again. Tier 1 is not your typical Chiropractor or PT office, they care and want to see you succeed.
They are an awesome team, committed to finding the root of any injury. Great care is shown for recovery and pushing forward. Knowledgeable, detailed and willing to push for the right results.
Dr. Stephen and Tier 1 helped me a ton! I had nagging low back pain for over 20 years due to weight lifting and playing football.
