Didn't get much a of service done, but there customer service was excellent! Called them multiple times and always answered with good attitude, and always taking care of the customer! Appreciate you guys alot!
This review is long overdue...We have always relied on Tier One. Even drove our subie up from LV to leave in their care after moving away in 2017. Still kicking and reliable! We would drive cross country for their lvl of customer service and expertise!
Took a car there for a major build that they said they could finish in 3 months... 9 months later it wasnt even close to being 25% complete. I ended up picking it up because I was moving accross the country and on the day I was picking it up they were scrambling to finish up the hot side of the turbo kit which was one single pipe🤦♂️ they ended up no welding the final weld on the got side. Wrong wiring and ecu were ordered that im stuck with trying to sell now because its been too long to return.
The guys who work here are experienced and care about getting your vehicle done right. I had an issue with another shop and they fixed what the other shop did
