Excellent service. Our furnace failed on Boxing Day (a Friday evening), when it was –20°C outside. We didn’t call Tier 1 first, which turned out to be a mistake. We paid hundreds of dollars to another company that came out, shut the furnace down, and told us there was no chance of a replacement until Monday at the earliest – so, three days later, during a cold snap. Great experience dealing with John and the team at Tier 1. Our ancient AC was done and we needed to update to a new unit, especially given the heat wave we have been having this summer. John stopped in the day we reached out to provide us with a quote for a new AC unit. We are pleased to say that within 48 hours we were chillin' comfortably in our home. They arrived on time and left work area clean. Their service was professional, responsive and personable. We highly recommend them! Peter and Karen
