So day 2 without heat and I wasn't sure what to do. A quick call to Johnathan on a Sunday and he was able to guide me over the phone and in 5 minutes my heat was restored!..it turned out to be a dirty filter...but not something I was aware of...although embarrassed ...Johnathan was professional and very understanding. Thank you for the quick fix

Recently had Jon and the fellas in to completely update our antiquated and under powered home furnace (heat pump, heated floor pump, water heater, storage tank, 3 zone thermostat, etc… THE WORKS). We chose Jon because of how responsive he was to the lead up into renovations. Our furnace gave out the morning of a cold snap. Jon was there the same day that afternoon, and had a new high-efficiency furnace installed the very next day at a price that beat the major providers. I thought furnace replacement would be this involved process but it was smooth and fast. He and his team are professional, knowledgeable, and stand by their work. I would use their services again.
