This is part one of a two part review. Part two will be provided after services are rendered. So I have an older home and decided that a home warranty would be a good investment. My central a/c stopped working a month or so ago so I called my warranty company. They sent a technician out and he stated to me that i had a leak in my evaporator coil and he’d let the warranty company know to set up a repair day/time. Yesterday the tech ( Daniel ) was on time. And went right to work. Took less than 10 minutes to find the problem. This guy must have superpowers. Very detailed while explaining the issue. Very professional and honest. Far better than the last two tech from other companies. Tier 1 provided superb service . From the office staff to the tech...I rate then a 10 out to ten. If you are in Fayetteville, NC and need service call Tier 1. You will not be disappointed!!!
Been using them for a few years. They are fast to reply and to get things done. Fair pricing and honest, which has been the hardest thing for me to find. They don't give me too much crap for standing over them as they work on it. Lol

Dennis is professional and courteous. Actually, upon taking a second opinion from another hvac provider, I believe I would not trust this provider skills or recommendations. I am very unlikely to hire this provider services either. I look for skills and integrity in services provided and I did not get either from this provider.
