NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY - IT IS A SCAM!!!! I have had a terrible experience with this company twice, all through Choice Home Warranty, where they have come to inspect and tell me verbally and on video that the part to my furnace (which was a crack to literal housing component to a motor - not even the motor itself) was damaged due to “normal wear and tear” and that it is due to natural expansion and contraction of the unit affected by temperature changes - just so that on the formal report to the warranty, they claim it was ... read more

Needs ‘0’ stars!!! Technician does not provide eta and when I call the office, they provide me with a bogus eta. Completely disappointing. I had to cancel for the second I will use Air Pro from now on and self-pay rather than using my warranty company since they are not contracted with Air Pro.

This is now the fourth time the same technician has come to our home, and the air conditioner is still not working properly. From the very first visit, I mentioned that I believed there was a leak in the system. He was here for about 30 minutes, told us everything was reading fine, and left. A few days later, the A/C froze up again with the same issue. Had this company hired buy Choice home warranty which I canceled today . They came to my house 3 times and never fixed the issue took 3 weeks 15 minutes each visit 100 degree no air . Don't recommend this company. Say veteran owned but don't support veterans

My AC unit wasn’t blowing cold air, so my warranty company sent out Tier 1 Heating & Air. The first technician diagnosed a faulty blower and said he’d order the part. A different tech came to install it, but then claimed the motherboard was now bad and also needed replacing. He said he'd order that part too. A few hours later, I get an email from my warranty company saying I’d need to pay $4,000 to replace the entire unit—the first we’d heard about needing a full replacement.
