Kendall is a fantastic personal trainer who has a deep knowledge of the best training techniques for each individual. I’m in my forties and have never been fitter or stronger. If you truly want to get in shape and be healthy give Tier 1 a try it will change your life.
Be warned. I had to stop using Kendall because of terrible business practices. He expected me to pay for sessions that I never received. Because he cancelled them! I paid monthly (for 4 sessions). Kendall cancelled 2 sessions because he went on vacation and didn't want to drive in the snow. He stated in writing that I would be able to reschedule these sessions (...obviously, because I'd paid for them). But when I came to redeem my sessions, he said no!
