We have been very pleased with the Tier 1 youth performance speed and agility classes as well as personal training with Coach Matt. Our daughter's basketball program director referred us here to work on strengthening her core to improve her shot - and it is working! We now have all of our children enrolled in the youth performance classes to improve their footwork, speed, agility, and stamina for the various sports they participate in. Matt at Tier 1 does an awesome job. My sons 9 and has been going to him to work on speed agility with some strength and conditioning work. We have already seen massive improvements in body control and his quickness. But most of all he really enjoys working with Matt says he has a blast putting in the work! Would highly recommend him to anyone!
Coach Matt has been awesome for both my boys. The speed and agility work has helped them so much, but what really stands out is how patient and encouraging he is with them. Matt and Tier 1 are fantastic, very professional and great facility! Matt is great to work with and challenges my boys every workout! My twin boys love going to train with Matt and look forward to every week! I am thankful we found Matt and Tier 1 Athletics and would Definitely recommend.
We are currently practicing in this incredible facility. We, our players, and parents love it! It’s great that there is an artificial turf floor, so we don’t need to change regular cleats. This place also has powerlifting equipment, lounge rooms with coffee, snacks and massage chairs. The facility manager, Matt, is very kind, helpful, and supportive. Definitely recommend it to anyone who loves sport and is looking for a place to train. Teamsy Soccer Administration
