I’ve been going to Tier 1 for speed and agility classes for about a year now and it has been so worth it. As a varsity freshman softball player, I’ve gotten so much faster and my endurance on the field has improved a lot. The strength training has also really helped me build power, which has made a big difference in my sport. I can’t recommend this place enough to any athlete who wants to get better! Great environment for kids to grow both athletically and personally. Coach Matt is dedicated, professional, and genuinely supportive of every athlete. He pushes the kids to give maximum effort while still creating a fun, positive atmosphere that keeps them motivated and excited to improve. You can tell he truly cares about helping each athlete reach the next level. Highly recommend this gym for any parent looking for strong speed, agility ,and conditioning coaching as well as a great culture.

Matt and Tier 1 are fantastic, very professional and great facility! Matt is great to work with and challenges my boys every workout! My twin boys love going to train with Matt and look forward to every week! I am thankful we found Matt and Tier 1 Athletics and would Definitely recommend.
