I’ve been going to Tier 1 for speed and agility classes for about a year now and it has been so worth it. As a varsity freshman softball player, I’ve gotten so much faster and my endurance on the field has improved a lot. The strength training has also really helped me build power, which has made a big difference in my sport. I can’t recommend this place enough to any athlete who wants to get better! Great environment for kids to grow both athletically and personally. Coach Matt is dedicated, professional, and genuinely supportive of every athlete. He pushes the kids to give maximum effort while still creating a fun, positive atmosphere that keeps them motivated and excited to improve. You can tell he truly cares about helping each athlete reach the next level. Highly recommend this gym for any parent looking for strong speed, agility ,and conditioning coaching as well as a great culture.
My son loves his time at Tier 1 and with Coach Matt. We saw his base running and fielding speed improve after only a few months of classes this past winter. Even better is that he enjoys going and there is no complaining about hard work he’s putting in while there. Coach Matt is encouraging and helping our son gain an understanding of how to care for himself, his body and his health. I suggest Coach Matt and Tier 1 to all our friends!
We cannot say enough great things about Tier 1 and Coach Matt! My 11-year-old son attends multiple times each week, and the improvements we’ve seen in his speed, agility, strength, and overall athletic confidence have been incredible.
