I want to start off by thanking Dr. Tien Truong. She is definitely an amazing physician and I really enjoyed seeing her and my children did also. Unfortunately I will no longer be a patient at this clinic due to the lack of professionalism that some of her front staff has. I had a bad experience a few weeks ago and did not want to write a review since it did not involve Dr Truong but I did not want her to think she lost 5 patients just because. Very nice doctor with fantastic bedside manner. I trust her and this practice.
I had been going to Dr.Truong for years, and so did my family. My husband first had UC, and his old doctor kept prescribing him anti-diarrhea medicine. I told him to check out my doctor, and she sent him to the ER. She's very caring and a good listener. She cares and is passionate about her job. She's willing to scold you if you don't care for yourself well. Her staff will make sure you come in for a checkup if you accidentally missed an appointment without shaming you. Overall it was a great experience with Dr. Truong!!!!!
My family and I have been seeing Dr. Tien Truong for our annual check-ups and general healthcare needs for the past few years, and we couldn't be happier with her care. She is always very thorough and takes the time to answer all of our questions and address any concerns we have. She has a great bedside manner and is very friendly and approachable.
