Understaffed, excuse after excuse....Max has nothing but lip service when called on the carpet for poor performance. We were assured as property owners that hiring the Tiehen Group would mean professional, transparent property management....instead we have been denied access to financial documents, charged more than DOUBLE for work performed by their "preferred contractor" without so much as attempting to actual bid a project that cost us over $15k....BEWARE!!!!!
