I am incredibly disappointed with the service and lack of resolution from this shop. They had my vehicle for a total of six months, and the original issue had been unresolved several times. The communication and quality control have been entirely unacceptable. On multiple occasions, I was told my vehicle was ready for pickup. Each time, I wouldn't even make it home before the vehicle shut off, stopped working, or the check engine light came back on. Great place.
Rob and his team handled my problem professionally. I had two check engine lights and have my own OBD2 sensor. They handled each one professionally and economically! I highly recommend them, but please know I am very close to them which is why I chose them.
These guys are great. They are pretty busy but when you are there they take the time to chat with you and explain what is going on with your car. Their work and time is very much appreciated and we will be going back the next time we need something with one of our 4 cars.
Very professional couldn’t ask for a better job well done.
