An excellent doctor who takes the necessary time to review a patient’s medical history and be prepared for their appointments. From my very first visit I felt that he was completely up-to-date on my situation and did a thorough exam and testing, explaining everything and anticipating my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Tiedeken.
Missed my Thyroid Eye Disease because I am a "young healthy woman". I had to ask what was next and what to do as he dismissed me and my concerns. If I could put 0\10 i would. Edit: despite how they replied, they did not give a personalized care plan, barely asked questions and gave me no way to help my symptoms. From the check in to the check out(besides the lovely lady doing the eye tests) I was made to feel uncomfortable, that my concerns didnt mean anything, and that I was a bother compared to their other patients. I've held off on writing this review, but the time has come. I contacted this practice to schedule an appointment for my son after receiving a referral from an optometrist. My son has cerebral palsy, other diagnoses, and has from optic atrophy due to pediatric strokes, and we have yet to get a call back for an appointment. I've left messages. I've called the referring physician to see if they can assist or provide a referral to another practice, as I need to get my son's vision needs addressed in a timely manner. I would lik... read more
Hi, took my mother to Dr T. today, and thankfully he works in the area (lancaster, PA) because otherwise we would have had to go to Philadelphia! Excellent specialist who has been in the business for a long time! Would recommend anyone to see this doctor!
