I have started myofunctional therapy at Tied 2 Myo due to difficulty breathing and muscle strain. After only 2 sessions I am already noticing an improvement in my quality of sleep, and I am finding it easier to breath through my nose. I really like how Alicia looks at the details through a myofunctional lense, but also sees the whole picture in providing a personalized solution. I just completed my full-time MYO Paradign Dental Therapy and am very satisfied. I had my tongue released for the first time at the age of 41 without any therapy. At 43 I had braces and had my tongue released again, but this time had therapy both before and after release. The therapy has ended my tongue thrust preventing my teeth from moving again after braces, and improved my sleeping habits profusely. I have control over my tongue like never before and I highly recommend the program.
