I highly recommend, I had such a great experience. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Ella truly made the experience and even brought a boquet to bring everything together. Even during the busy times, they made you feel as if you were the only bride to be there. A heart felt thank you and couldn't be more happy with my experience.
I had the best experience finding my wedding dress thanks to Jackie! I went in thinking I knew exactly what I wanted, but Jackie encouraged me to try something different and it ended up being the one! She was so kind, patient, personable, and truly knew how to listen and guide me without any pressure. I highly recommend Tie the Knot Off the Rack!!
What an unreal experience. Both girls were personable, knowledgeable, and had amazing personalities making me feel so comfortable. We had Stephanie as our main girl. She helped us even pull bridesmaid dresses, showing how they could accommodate to make it into my wedding dress when I expressed liking the style. I recommend going to Tie the Knot Off the Rack to get your wedding dress. I had a positive experience getting my wedding dress from here! They listened to what I liked and did not like in each dress that I tried on. They encouraged me to try on various dresses so that I could rule things out for sure that I did or did not like.
