Sydney was absolutely AMAZING!!! I showed her a picture of an exact one I loved online. She tried her hardest to find it and of course she worked her magic and found it in the back. I LOVED IT!!! It was such an amazing place to go!
I loved shopping at Tie the Knot Off the Rack. Sydney knew exactly what I wanted and was looking for in a dress. She was very patient and understanding with me throughout the entire appointment. It was definitely the MOST calm and reassured I have ever felt during a dress appointment. I ended up falling in love with a dress, one Sydney picked for me, and it needed slight alterations for me. Tess was amazing! She was very positive and friendly. There wasn't enough room to bring in my bridesmaids, so my sister had them guess the dress by drawing on sheets of paper. She was so willing to listen to all different ideas. She even picked out the dress that I fell in love with! Very cute place, too.
Tess was fun to work with. I thought it would be a stressful time since I do not like to try on clothes but it was a wonderful time. Thank you for helping me find a beautiful dress.
