Ordered a hand fasting cord just over 2 weeks before our wedding with a small note asking about a simple change regarding tassle length and delivery time. They called to follow up wanting to verify the lenght of the change but I missed the VM and saw it over a week later (my fault) and called them back and left a VM. *The cord showed up at our door in time for the rehearsal and ceremony, and looks like the small change (by making the tassle ends longer) was made and is perfect.
