The customer service is absolutely horrible! I ordered 3 tie clips and 3 pocket squares. The tie clips were out of stock - totally understandable. I had to email the company to receive my refund on the unsent tie clips. I received the pocket squares and they looked and felt cheap. I returned the pocket squares since I found a better quality product elsewhere. I had to emailed The Tie Bar twice concerning the refund return. The Tie Bar only refunded me for one pocket square even though I returned all three. I would give this ... read more
