Had an amazing experience with this company. My husband and I booked them for a move out clean and hadn’t had time yet to fully remove everything. The team did such an amazing job, we are BEYOND happy that we hired them. Booking was easy and efficient, and we were able to get a clean scheduled within a couple of days. Huge shoutout to Sergine and Cindy for the hard work they put in. Absolutely would hire them again without hesitation!
I would give this company zero stars if I could. I hired them for 4 hours and a deep cleaning service, and what I got was a rushed, half-done job that looked like they barely even tried. Surfaces were left dusty, reminiscence of take out food, floors weren’t properly cleaned, which clearly tells me they weren’t focused at all. To make it worse, they had the nerve to claim the job was “finished” when it was painfully obvious it wasn’t. Perhaps we had new inexperienced cleaners. Very personable guys , but took a lot longer than quoted and things like screen doors and windows not wiped inside at all. One guy actually had to leave for a couple of hours, which didn't help.. as left only 1 to do that much more. The owner at least gave a bit better discount, things happen that are out of our control, the owner did do his best to help make me happy. I appreciate that.
I had Cindy and Sergine do a move out clean for me and I am nothing but impressed. Everything was spotless, they needed a bit more time to complete which I fully expected and I received a courtesy text to let me know they would need more time. The window tracks, floors, fridge, cabinets….EVERYTHING was spotless! Thank you so much for a job well done, I would highly recommend Tidyups if you have any cleaning that needs to be done!
Phenomenal cleaners! After moving out, I hired them to deep clean my condo, which had 10 years of dog hair and dirt build up. Joel and Sergine had the place so clean it felt brand new. They had great attention to detail, down to cleaning the light switches and under the washer and dryer. It was worth every dollar.
