Would give 0 stars if I could! My mother had them booked for a house clean. They were supposed to come today (the day before the house closes, as the new owners take possession tomorrow). They CANCELLED same day when they were supposed to be here by 9:30 this morning. They claimed to have tried to cancel earlier in the week, but there was no voicemail, and no email until AFTER my mother called to find out where the cleaners were. The workers are SO KIND. The work they did was phenomenal. Their attention to detail was amazing and well exceeded my expectations. This was worth every single cent! Will be asking this company to work with us monthly for sure!!! They took the time to not only clean but organize which was so kind. Just can’t say enough good things about this company!
Tidybase was tremendously easy to connect with and even easier to book a cleaning. They were prompt, professional, respectful and polite and above all exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!
