So far so good! Ari and his customer service are top notch. Our moving truck arrives Monday - I will add more to this as time goes on.. but so far we have had nothing but smooth and easy communication and service!
Staff is very nice and accomadating.
It has been a great experience overall, one thing I do want to say is that the price is constantly going up and on the website it still says my rent for a 5x10 unit is $75 but my bill had changed a few times since January 2025, and Is now $90. The site also tell you allow you to go in and look at recent payments or statements. I however have never had an issue with TidyUp Storage, I haven't had to speak to anyone which is nice, it is all done through the app and your given your unit and all set to move things in.
