We rented a storage unit from Tidy Up for quite a few years. We never had any issues, and any questions that we did have were always answered in a timely manner, and very professional and polite. When it came time that we no longer needed the storage unit, the cancelation process was very easy, and we had absolutely no issues moving our things out. Would definitely rent from them again if needed.
Gate was open when I was there, I’d feel better if the gate would open and close with the gate code, perhaps they were maintaining it, I’ve drove past since and it’s been closed.
So far so good! Ari and his customer service are top notch. Our moving truck arrives Monday - I will add more to this as time goes on.. but so far we have had nothing but smooth and easy communication and service!
Staff is very nice and accomadating.
