I have used Darla and company for almost four years. When things first started it was great. I let her know my expectations and she exceeded them. Over the last year or so, it has been continuous problems. One agreement we had was she would be the one providing the services, not other employees. Last year I found that was not the case as I noticed the quality of service had gone down. We came to an agreement and moved on. She then became very flaky claiming personal reasons. I can't believe my luck finding these folks! My next door neighbor recommended them to me. They do such a thorough job and they are friendly yet professional. And will do anything I ask. I've dealt with more expensive, larger companies and been told, "we won't do this, we won't do that". With Darla and her crew they are happy to help any way they can.
