We’ve had cleanings with TTS for 5 years, weekly for the last 3ish. In the last couple months sadly the service has very much declined. One week they vacuumed my house with the wet vacuum causing a clog that took close to 90 minutes to fix. No offer of compensation provided (we pay 150 dollars a week). Then we started to notice that things were not being complete, our tubs and glass were frequently untouched and the time they spent cleaning became less and less. I have mentioned this before, but my toilet switch has to be flicked up after it’s flushed. Otherwise, the water keeps running. I would appreciate if this gets passed on to the staff that is cleaning my place because it’s leading to higher water bills for me. Thank you.
