Had my Unit go out on Sunday night and placed a request online to have someone come out as soon as possible, expecting perhaps to get someone early that week. Monday morning got an immediate call, with an appointment scheduled for noon that day. fantastic service, honest feedback, and pleased to task with them going forward. Tracy was personable an open with the project he was doing.

This installation was the 4th one for me by so contacted professionals but the 1st by Doddrill. I can say it was by far the most professional group I have ever encountered in the hvac business. From the first visit until the clean up I was pleasantly surprised. I would not hesitate to endorse this company to anyone. The installers were not only courteous but they knew what they were doing. I am pleased. Was a little surprised about the $25 warranty processing fee for replacing a capacitor under warranty.

Our tech Kayden was awesome! Prompt, communication was excellent, he provided professional advice and walked us through exactly what was needed to fix our 10-year-old air conditioning unit. He also recommended long term solutions so we can begin to plan for eventual replacement of our unit. endorse Kayden. I hope he comes back to complete the service when our last part comes in.
