After years of having anxiety about going to the dentist, my visit to Dr Masud in Tidworth dental clinic made it a whole lot worse. Dr Masud was not welcoming at all, made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and uptight due to the abrupt tone in her voice, and I feel I was rushed into making decisions in regards to treatment, in which I just said yes to so I could leave as quickly as possible. So far so good. Had an awful experience at another dentist and I've now been added to an NHS patient waitlist for the Tidworth dentist. The receptionist was extremely understanding and friendly. Desperately looking forward to seeing a dentist there.
