Will not be back. I gave them a second chance after they broke a tire pressure sensor about 2 years ago. They broke another one today and will not take responsibility for it. I do believe this is definitely bad business.
RecommendedI had such a great experience twice now! First time I needed a tire and it was right at thanksgiving. Today I went in and was treated wonderfully. My questions were answered, and I was asked what I could afford. That was such a great question because often we don’t get something because we can’t afford it... But when it’s reversed in a question of what you can do you get exactly what you need! Thank you so much Duck and Ronnie! Y’all are great!!!
I went in was one low tire came out with four tires with four different tire pressures had to go to a different tire shop in Franklin to get it fixed properly

stopped and ask a price for a set of tires for my blazer and the guy quoted me 425 dollars for a set of half wore out Goodyear wrangled that at wal mart are 94 dollars a tire BRAND NEW , what a rip off
Super friendly from the second I pulled up. Worked as quickly as they could.
Brought vehicle in to put tires on... sat there an hour for dude to come back n say he wouldn't put em on... had a stripped lug on one wheel but wouldn't put other 3 tires on..... what a joke... what happened to Tidwell tires? I been going there since I was in high school to get tires... this new cat running the place that's what.... I won't be coming back...
Thanks Tidwell tires for getting us hooked up with a new spare after a blowout on our horse trailer headed around 840 last Friday. As it turns out we wouldn't have made it home without you! Had another blowout in Chattanooga on our way home. Lifesavers!
Shout out to Tidwell Tires.. My daughter and I went in to get tires for her car today. Great customer service and very reasonable prices. We will be back in the future for all our tire needs. Thank you again
