Robert was great and very helpful. Answered every question I had and made sure I was happy with the results of my case.
Overall my case was taken care of properly but with some hurdles. Mr. Tidwell seemed to care about my best interest overall but not effective in communicating. Pros: Office cares about what is best for the client and will work hard towards achieving best results. Cons: Communication here seems to be one of the worse I have ever had dealing with anyone.
