A nurse practioner in this office prescribed an Afib medication without a blood thinner and my Mom had a stroke 26 days after being prescribed the medication to " see how this medication worked ". Mom was never properly diagnosed... she ( the nurse practioner) just prescribed something because she " thought " our Mom " may" have Afib. Mom is not a fall risk, so there was no reason not to prescribe the blood thinner and, also, took her off blood pressure medication. I wouldn't take a sick frog to these quacks!!
