These people are either out of business, still in business but very busy or just plain unprofessional because they never answered their phone and when I left a message, they never called back. Please don’t waste your time and call someone else. I hope this review helps thousands
Update: Our first call to Tidwell was answered quickly and the job completed the same day. We have called them for some additional work 2 WEEKS AGO and they keep telling me they will come out but never have and they have not called back. Unfortunately, I have to recommend going to another plumber.
We called Tidwell Plumbing to add a cleanout to our washer drain pipe. They came right away and did a great job. They were very courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them for anyone in the area.
I ended up not using them. They were very friendly and professional. Reassuring.
