Built our current home. It was two years old when we called him for general info after purchasing from first owner. They would not speak to us. We have spent $$$$$ correcting issues.

Great builder.
If your going to buy a home go with another local builder, they have no attention to detail, they throw homes together very quickly and do not warranty their work appropriately. They find every excuse in the book to blame the homeowner or minimize the home owners concerns once they get your money. They are cheap which shows in the quality of the homes they build.
