Horrible service after the sale. I’ve been told MULTIPLE times he’ll be by and NEVER SHOWED. I wouldn’t recommend John for anything. The sale is all he cares about.
I have been trying to get a liner on a pool fixed for over 2 years on a pool they installed. They always give me the same answer we will be out that way in a few weeks. Here it is over 2 years later, and still nothing. This week alone, john has told me he would be here 2 separate days but typical no show. This is not the first time for no shows.

If I could give -5 stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR POOL INSTALLS. We have waited over 2 years for our pool to be completed, and it still is not finished. The owner will not answer your calls, or call you back. This has been the most unprofessional experience. We have been fed with lies, and excuse after excuse. Use someone else for this service, unless you want to lose thousands of dollars, and experience the worst headache and a breach of contract.
What is so great about these guys is that even if they're not selling what I need, they're very knowledgeable on the item and will point me in the right direction where to get it
