Tideway therapy is excellent
I went to physical therapy at Tideway for 3 months for Achilles Tendonitis. All of the staff is great and made PT days fun. The strengthening and stretching exercises kept me from having to have surgery and helped to significantly reduce my pain level after working 12 hour shifts. Ive continued with the exercises in order to keep the problem from returning.
The folks @ Tideway are not just physical therapists, they actually listen and are genuinely into my care. They will always be my go-to for help.
Very pleasant and comfortable environment. Staff easy to work with and communicate needs.
