Tidewater's Log Doc Is a RIPOFF, SCAM, and not a helpful company at all! They never returned to replace part. ruined my holiday. i have paid already. this is so messed up.

Great service, on time, proffesional! – I scheduled appt on logdoc. org and they set my wifes mind at ease by checking our gas fireplace out. They even found a small leak and fixed it with ease! Kudos for the topnotch business!
Clean and Professional – I called tidewaters Log Doc to repair my gas fireplace. They came out on time and called ahead to let me know they were coming. The technicians took their shoes off and spread sheets to protect my new carpet without me asking them to. My fireplace was not only fixed but cleaned thoroughly and it has never looked or worked better. I highly recommend this company to family and friends!!!
