Excellent service and professionalism by Josh, Xander and team. Took out some huge pines and it was great watching the artist plan and execute a safe and professional falling of many trees. I’m amazed at their accuracy and work ethic. I would definitely recommend them and in fact…I’m planning to have them out for more work to be done!

Josh’s communication was exceptional when scheduling a same day quote for me. He takes the time to build a genuine connection with the customer and even gave other advice to me beyond the scope of work. Price was fair, he kept me in mind when an opening in his schedule popped up to accomplish it sooner and he followed up after the job was complete. Contracted with Tidewater Trimming and Pruning to trim back three trees, I could not be happier with the service Joshua and his team provided. Their pricing was extremely competitive and their service was top-notch. Like many have said, they left my lawn looking even better after they had completed their work. If there was a sixth star I would give them that, I definitely plan on using them this fall for pruning/maintenance of all of my trees.

Tidewater Trimming & Pruning is a environmentally conscious service provider. Josh was both professional and knowledgeable. A previous tree service had not adequatly serviced my mothers property and serval trees appeared to be dying. Josh was able to identify the exact issue and explain the benifits of his services. We fully understood the value of the services he was providing and learned that several trees would be able to remain on the property.
