I am so happy with my addition from Tidewater ProBuild. They are AMAZING. The supervisor, Ryan Gibson is the best to deal with. He answered all my million questions and my husbands, very respectful, and top notch company to deal with. The kitchen renovation is complete and it is my dream kitchen. Thank you Ryan for making our dream a realty. AAAA+ craftmanship!! Completed in a timely manner even after my many change orders.
Tom comes out and gives us a quick estimation quote for $30,000. Turns right back around and send us a quote for $90,000. How is the estimated quote off by that much? That’s like guessing something’s 3 feet when it’s actually 9…. Good way to make $300 off of us though, so good job on your swindling skills.
If using insurance to pay these jerks. Whatever you do .. do not show these people what your insurance adjuster is estimating.
I have dealt with many contracts over the last few years and I will be using Caleb and his team exclusively moving forward. They are professional, transparent, and do great work!
