Have been going to Tidewater Physical Therapy for four weeks now. Was started on exercises that were prescribed for my ailments. As time progressed, extra and enhanced exercises were incorporated. The therapy has definitely lessened my pain. The staff is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
