Since this is about 7 minutes from my house - I've stopped in many times throughout the years. The first visit was for horrible bursitis in my hip that nothing would help - and I wanted to run my first half marathon. I worked with Jonathan and his team to get me going and they cured me! After a solid 2-3 months here - I left able to run long training runs with no pain and some at home exercises to keep me going.
