I was greeted professionally and the therapist that assisted me was a female matter of fact was two females and they treated me with respect and dignity and they were very careful to make sure that I didn't overdo anything and they were very encouraging and upbuilding maki ng me feel like I had done more than what was expected of me.
My assigned PT specialist was Nicole for my knee replacement physical thereapy. She was fantastic! What is super impressive about Athletico/PivotPT is that every single PT specialist knows you name, can work with you smoothly if your assigned specialist is working on an intake or out a particular day. Love everyone there, very professionals and caring, but a supervisor of the front desk person. One day Ms Melissa (front desk person) was out and she was covering for her. She did not acknowledge me, she was so loud and unprofessional on her phone that you did not know if she was fighting or what. I asked one of the trainers who was her and he told me she was the supervisor for the front desk. You could see everyone there at that time uncomfortable. Hope the administration take note on this.
All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and truly want to see you succeed.
