Always address concerns
The staff is very welcoming, from the receptionists to the therapists. I have seen an increase in my range of motion and my pain has lessened since I started my sessions. I attribute this to the skill and knowledge of my therapists and the program they set up specifically for me.
Since coming to Pivot for PT, I have received expert care by Jennifer, Brittany and Paul. Jennifer and Paul inspire confidence due to their knowledge and expertise. Although they ensure I receive the PT I need to recover from my surgery, they are flexible with the exercises depending on the level of pain being felt.
