I would recommend almost ANYWHERE else. Unethical billing practices. My sessions were spent with maybe 15 minutes of the hour with anyone actually watching me perform the exercises. 6 months and no progress. Went somewhere else and was fully discharged within 3 months with no further complications. Then there’s the issues I’m having with billing. No itemized statements but they keep telling me I owe them money, so set up a payment plan which they inconsistently take and STILL no updated billing statement in almost 4 months t... read more
The physical therapists here are AMAZING and it’s a good atmosphere! They treat my daughter so well an do great with her
I'm only giving one star because 0 is not an option. Recently, I had a very unpleasant experience with the 6049 Harbour Park Dr location in Midlothian VA. I was disappointed because this office came highly recommended by my doctor. I had made an appointment for physical therapy to treat my neck pain. The first available appointment date was two weeks out from my initial phone call. I completed all of the necessary paperwork online and submitted my x-ray reports. At first I was skeptical about this place as it was so different than the place I went 20 years ago for a knee issue. Bryce worked with me and he believed that I would be alright at the end of my treatment. And he was right! Everyone that works here starting with the receptionist, assistants and therapist were very helpful. I highly suggest this place!
I have been to PIVOT at Harbour Point, a few times, over the past several years, for myself, and my daughter. Most of my sessions have been with Whitney and Jessica, who are both incredibly kind, encouraging, professional, and very knowledgeable. I am also very happy to see that the reception desk is now staffed with welcoming and polite employees, as was not the case in the past.
