Friendly staff look out for all clients on the floor at the same time. Very attentive. I enjoyed my workout.

Great staff attentive. Allow you to proceed at your own speed after you have established a pattern of exercises. Always friendly and are ready to accommodate your needs for additional appointments. Their equipment is clean, sometimes noisy but it gets done. I've enjoyed going there.
