This review is long over due. I completed my therapy in April of 2025 after 70+ sessions. I cannot say enough good things about Emily at Pivot Physical Therapy and the entire team. After breaking more than 40 bones, I began my recovery in a wheelchair following a month in the hospital and rehabilitation that left me with significant muscle atrophy. A big thank you to Emily, Andrew, Jen and Dillon! The rehab i had pre surgery with this team at Pivot was and continues to be invaluable. Due to the intricacies of tricare, I was pulled back to nmcp (which is also awesome) but I appreciate you guys! Everyone was friendly and professional and the improvement made here was phenomenal.
I broke my shoulder at work. Brittney and Emily were my providers that were 100% responsible for my full recovery. Brittney worked through the significant scar tissue left over after surgery that was causing limited range of motion. They helped me push through during my sessions forcing progress. I am incredibly grateful and appreciative of their help.
