All staff extremely friendly, explained procedure in terms I could understand.
Great personnel and Dr. . Clean facility. only issue is a late going in to see Dr. an extra hour...but that is any Dr's office.
Could not be happier with this excellent physician Dr Colin Kingston and his staff, especially Karla. Sadly, surgery was required but I was in the best hands! Continuing to be very very satisfied with everything at Tidewater Orthopaedics, including their Physical Therapy Dept across the lobby.
My experience with Dr. Kingston was outstanding. I am a physician, and I was extremely impressed with the way in which he described my injury, treatment plan, and prognosis for healing and return to the playing field. He was personally delightful. I highly recommend him.
His bedside manor is so refreshing!
